How to instruct the student to exit the pose safely? Sometimes the stretch is too deep and stays for 3-5 mins, the student would feel numb (body parts become a bit “frozen”)

1) You can also prevent deep numbness by briefly reminding students at the 2 mins mark that they can micro adjust, rather than staying completely static the entire time. This keeps circulation a little more active.
2) Go slowly when exit. The body needs time to re regulate after deep compression. Use hands / arms to bear weight first. And do a counter pose after.
Sth like: “Using your hands for support, slowly start to shift your weigh, take your time, no rush. If you feel any numbness or heaviness, that’s completely normal, just move mindfully and let the sensation travel through.”

老師請問一下,我上網查了一下髖屈肌,網上說由5條肌肉組成,分別是縫匠肌、股直肌、闊筋膜張肌、髂肌、腰大肌,這個資料正確嗎?謝謝老師!
是的,以上的肌肉都可以做屈髖的動作:)
